Providers at Birchwood Counseling, LLC are not available on a 24/7 basis. While we do encourage you to let your provider know if you are having a crisis situation, please do not delay care while waiting for a call back from your provider. Below are some crisis resources for the Portland metro area as well as some national resources. Mental health emergencies are medical emergencies and you can always call 911 if you need immediate care.
