Sarah Schultz,
Counseling Student Intern (she/her)
I am interested in guiding people through the life stages in ways that allows them to do self-reflection and learn more about themselves. I enjoy working with those who are adjusting to transitions in life including aging and disability. I use Narrative Therapy to share stories about different lives and how we are impacted. My hope is to learn more about others, but also have clients learn more about themselves.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for ADHD

About Me
I believe in providing a space where someone can be themselves, free from judgement, and work through hardships. I hope that when working with me, people feel safe and respected and able to gain new perspectives through stories, self understanding and humor.
