Sarah Schultz

Counseling Student Intern (she/her)

I am interested in guiding people through the life stages in ways that allows them to do self-reflection and learn more about themselves. I enjoy working with those who are adjusting to transitions in life including aging and disability. I use Narrative Therapy to share stories about different lives and how we are impacted. My hope is to learn more about others, but also have clients learn more about themselves.

Treatment Approaches That I Use:

Cognitive Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)

Narrative Therapy

Education:

Enrolled in Western Oregon University

Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling Program

As as a student intern, my work is overseen by Cat Bice LCSW Oregon License # L3689 Washington License #LW00008164

About Me

I believe in providing a space where someone can be themselves, free from judgement, and work through hardships. I hope that when working with me, people feel safe and respected and able to gain new perspectives through stories, self understanding and humor.

As a student early in my graduate career, I am offering low fee counseling. Sessions are free to those covered by OHP and $25 a session for others.
