About Me
By developing a strong therapeutic relationship, I want to help clients identify their goals, find opportunities to increase self-awareness, and develop sustainable, healthy skills to achieve the desired changes in their lives. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches with the goal to collaboratively identify what works for each individual client. I show up with a compassionate, direct style and enjoy incorporating humor, when appropriate.
