Each of our providers has different areas of specialty and different styles, but we all practice from a client-centered and trauma-informed perspective. We all offer a free 20-minute phone consultation if you would like to get to know us a little better as you are choosing a provider and a treatment approach.

Payment/Billing Insurance: All of our providers are fully paneled with the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), covering both Open Card and CareOregon/ HealthShare. Additionally, select providers within our practice are paneled with Trillium OHP, as well as major commercial insurance plans including Kaiser, PacificSource Commercial (not OHP), Regence BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS), and MODA Health (with MODA coverage becoming effective on July 15, 2026). Because commercial and Trillium provider availability varies, we will work with you during intake to match you with a clinician who is in-network with your specific plan.

If your insurance is not currently in-network with us, we also offer a superbill—a detailed invoice of your services—which you can submit directly to your insurance provider to seek potential out-of-network reimbursement.
