Emily Ott, CSWA (she/her)

I focus on short term, evidence-based treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, and OCD. I am interested in working with clients who are willing to explore how their past experiences have informed their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. My hope is that we will be able to identify and possibly shift patterns that are no longer serving you, so that you can live in alignment with your unique values and goals moving forward.

About Me

You can expect me to show up with warmth and compassion, while also being direct and focused. I typically use evidence-based cognitive behavioral modalities such as CPT and ERP, which are structured and typically short-term (12-16 weeks). I use these modalities because they are likely to be the most effective and timely treatment possible for improvement of symptoms. After working together, I hope you will take with you new tools and skills that can support you as you continue your mental health journey.

I also have training in teaching trauma-informed yin/restorative yoga and offer an 8-week yoga group series.
