About Me

I have worked in community mental health with clients experiencing severe and persistent mental health issues, and have also worked at a mindfulness based women's residential treatment center helping women recover from addiction issues. I have been a licensed massage therapist for the past seven years, and am interested in the roles both the body and mind play in healing.
