Therapy is a collaborative process in which the provider and client work together with the intention of healing, self-reflection, and personal growth at its center. About Me
I am most passionate about working with young adults who are overwhelmed and struggling to navigate the complexities that come with adulthood, such as relationship difficulties, anxiety, and life transitions. Using a strengths-based approach, we can work together to help you feel confident in your abilities to overcome life’s obstacles and traverse the adult world.
