You can expect me to show up with warmth, openness, and humor while also being direct and transparent. I understand that seeking therapy is hard work, so I am committed to recognizing your bravery and valuing your comfort and safety. My hope is to support you in building the confidence and skills needed to trust yourself and shift patterns that are no longer serving you.
My Approach to Therapy
I believe therapy should be a deeply compassionate, goal-directed space curated to support you through life's most complex moments while fostering enduring emotional flexibility. My practice is grounded in evidence-based modalities with a foundation of attachment, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, mindfulness and somatic-based techniques, and trauma-informed, person-centered care. Rooted in active listening, systemic insight, and mutual empowerment, we will work side by side to process past experiences, unwind stuck patterns, and ease the heavy pull of rumination and control. My focus is on offering practical tools for emotional regulation alongside gentle and direct guidance to navigate stress, cultivate self-discovery, and move forward into meaningful personal growth.
Who I Work With
I work best with adult clients who are ready to take intentional, meaningful steps toward healing, self-discovery, and emotional balance. Whether you’re living with anxiety, feeling stuck in trauma responses, facing a major life transition, or seeking better tools for daily stress, we will create an empathetic, structured partnership to help you process difficult patterns and build confidence for the future.
