My therapeutic approach is centered around Cognitive Behavioral Theory (C.B.T.), and Client Centered Therapy. My role in this process is to assist clients in addressing the social environmental role that shapes behavior, as well as working with clients on interpersonal genuineness, unconditional positive regard, and empathy.

About Me
I am in the Master of Social Work Program at Pacific University, and I am also a graduate of the Bachelor of Social Work program from Pacific. I became a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor in 2023.
