Starting therapy can bring up many feelings - fear, excitement, uncertainty, curiosity - and I will make space for all of them as we begin our journey together. I view therapy as a collaborative process - you are the expert on you, after all! I’m here to help you unlearn behaviors and beliefs that no longer serve you and facilitate a nonjudgmental, empathetic space for you to develop new skills that support the life you want to live.
I practice from a relational, attachment-based perspective and employ narrative, parts-work, and existential interventions to help you move towards the self-knowledge and change you wish to see. Grounded in the understanding of how relational, systemic, and generational trauma impacts us, I believe that our relationship can be a space for healing that can bring you closer to yourself, to others, and to community.
You and I might be a good match if:
You’re looking to better understand your emotions, reactions, relational patterns, and coping mechanisms
You’re navigating queerness, neurodivergence, relationships, or education-related challenges
You value laughter, authenticity, and curiosity
