I bring a style of authenticity, honesty, and deep attunement to every session. I hold a firm belief in your capacity to sustain difficult emotions and navigate challenging moments. Together, we can sit with the hard parts, learning to trust in your innate ability to navigate your own path.
Outside of the office, I enjoy having dinner and long conversations with my friends, reading, exercising, drawing, and writing.

My Approach to Therapy
I bring a style of authenticity, honesty, and deep attunement to every session. I hold a firm belief in your capacity to sit with difficult emotions, navigate challenging moments, and build trust in your innate resilience. Many of us learn early on to disconnect from ourselves to stay safe or meet expectations, creating a divide between our authentic self and the world. My work is dedicated to helping you heal that split, reconnect with your intuition, and live a life that feels honest and aligned with who you truly are.
My approach is holistic, evidence-based, and grounded in somatic therapy, attachment theory, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). By tuning into bodily sensations alongside talk therapy and addressing past experiences, we can process trauma, shift stuck beliefs, and cultivate a calmer, more aligned life. Additionally, I have a specialized focus on women’s health—including menstrual cycle tracking and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD)—and offer bilingual therapy in English and Spanish.
Who I Work With
I work best with individuals who are ready to explore the deeper roots of their experiences, reconnect with their bodies, and foster self-compassion. Whether you are navigating trauma, chronic life stressors, relational patterns, or women's health challenges like PMDD, we will create a safe, supportive space to do the work together. If you are seeking an authentic, attuned partnership to help you reclaim your inherent worth.

I use a holistic, evidence-based approach:
Somatic Therapy: We move beyond talk therapy to include the body. Emotions and sensations are constantly communicating what your body needs. By tuning in, you can cultivate a calmer, more aligned life.
Attachment Theory: We explore how early experiences shape your current relationship patterns and sense of self.
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT): For clients dealing with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), I offer this structured, effective treatment to help process traumatic experiences and shift stuck beliefs.
A Specialized Focus on Women's Health: Due to my background in hormonal health, I have a special focus on working with women who experience issues related to their menstrual cycles, including Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). I teach patients how to track their cycles and connect with their bodies as a powerful tool for holistic mental health.
