My Approach
I believe the work of therapy is relational and that every individual holds many different stories, experiences, and skills that will define and support our collaborative work in therapy.
I enjoy supporting caregivers, parents, and professionals in processing and navigating life transitions. This could look like adjusting to a new career or education program, becoming a parent, supporting family members who are aging or navigating health challenges, ending a relationship, or experiencing loss. I am not a stranger to making or experiencing big life shifts, and want people who are in that process to know that they do not need to feel alone in that journey.
About Me
My work as a therapist is informed by my own life and work experiences. I have worked in the corporate, social impact, and tech worlds for 10 years in companies both big and small; often across international and cultural contexts, where relationship building was both essential and complicated by professional identity.
And in my own experience as a parent, partner, child, and friend, I've experienced the immensely complicated nature of trying to find/redefine your sense of self in the midst of a relational system, whether it is new, chosen, or biological. I think we are healed in community and belonging and want to support your development in relational contexts– in ways that are supportive and expansive; not constraining or unsafe.
