You can expect me to show up with warmth and compassion, while also being direct and focused.
I typically use evidence-based cognitive behavioral modalities such as CPT and ERP, which are structured and typically short-term (12-16 weeks).
I also offer EMDR therapy, an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and PTSD symptoms.
Finally, I have training in teaching trauma-informed yin/restorative yoga and offer a weekly virtual yoga group.
After working together, I hope you will take with you new tools and skills that can support you.
My Approach to Therapy
I believe therapy is a collaborative, trauma-informed space designed to foster deep healing and resilience. My therapy approach integrates evidence-based modalities with mind-body techniques, including Trauma-Informed Yin Yoga. By pairing structural talk therapies like EMDR, CPT, ERP, ACT, and CBT with bodily awareness, we can work together to unwind stuck patterns, encourage nervous system regulation, and bring your daily actions into alignment with your core values. Drawing from a professional background in the performing arts, I bring a nuanced appreciation for storytelling and human empathy into every clinical session.
Who I Work With
I work best with adult clients who are ready to explore cognitive patterns, navigate challenges and barriers to mental health, and cultivate meaningful personal growth. Whether you are working through PTSD and trauma, managing OCD, navigating anxiety disorders, or facing depression, I provide a warm, direct, and grounded environment for both individual and group therapy.
