I view therapy as a collaborative journey and work alongside you to identify meaningful goals for change. I have experience supporting both short-term and long-term therapeutic work, tailoring the pace and approach to your individual needs. My practice is grounded in Attachment Theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and fostering the mind–body connection, while also incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I aim to create a compassionate and grounding space where you can reflect, build insight, and grow.
I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating life transitions and major changes. I enjoy helping people learn emotional regulation skills and practical coping strategies for stress and anxiety that make daily life feel more manageable and fulfilling. My clients often come see me for symptoms related to anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and ADHD.
