Navigating life’s most profound transitions—the weight of trauma, the complexity of grief, or the sudden upheaval of a medical crisis—requires more than just clinical strategies; it requires a partner who understands the terrain. As a veteran with extensive experience supporting first responders and families in medical crisis, I offer a lived understanding of high-stress environments and the deep human need for purpose and resilience. My goal is to be a compassionate, non-judgmental guide for those who feel they are at a crossroads, helping you navigate the journey forward with a shared focus on healing.
In alignment with the values at Birchwood Counseling, I prioritize creating a welcoming, strengths-based environment. My primary work focuses on:
First Responders & Veterans: Providing culturally informed care for those who serve and their families.
Medical Crisis & Caregiving: Supporting individuals and families navigating the complexities of serious illness, chronic care, or end-of-life decisions.
Neurodivergent Individuals: Honoring your unique processing style and building skills that truly support your well-being.
