My style is warm, direct, and grounded, with a healthy dose of humor. I show up authentically and compassionately, while gently challenging patterns that may no longer be serving you. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way, build on your strengths, and move toward a life that feels more fulfilling, connected, and meaningful.
My Approach to Therapy
I believe meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. Together, we’ll deepen your self-understanding, make sense of your experiences, and gain clarity about what matters most to you. My goal is to create a space that honors your courage, supports healing, and helps you build resilience for life’s challenges.
I take a flexible, individualized approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based practices to fit your unique needs and goals. My work is grounded in an existentialist and person-centered foundation, integrating EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) techniques.
Who I Work With
My experience working alongside criminal justice and healthcare professionals has given me a deep understanding of the cultures, pressures, and coping strategies that shape both individuals and their relationships. I primarily work with adults navigating PTSD, anxiety, mood disorders, and burnout.
Many of my clients are highly capable under pressure, but once the crisis passes, they find themselves feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, or disconnected. They often come to therapy during periods of identity change, relationship challenges, or difficulty managing intense emotions.
